These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved under Thai jurisdiction.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation. Contact us at [email protected] to begin this process.

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wrenford regarding Programs and supersede any prior agreements.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
14.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
14.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations with notice to participants.
14.5 Notices
Official notices will be sent to the email address provided during enrollment. You are responsible for keeping contact information current.
15. Changes to Terms
